Beloved, God wants to use this article to deliver persons: those who are already in the pit, those who are about to fall into it and also to bring revival to as many that shall come across it, therefore read it.
The passage below is a deep verse but inside it lies the deepest secret of victory. Proverb 20:27 says, ‘’The spirit of man is the candle of the lord, searching out the inward parts of the belly.’’

Apostle Paul added another dimension to it in I Corinthians 2:11 which say, ‘’For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? The things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.’’
A man does not understand what is going on his life except the spirit of man within him enlightens him on that through Holy Spirit. Meaning that it is the spirit of God that can reveal the things of God to a man.
When a candle is not lighted, there can be no light from it. But if someone lights it, the person has brought a force which is applied to the wick of the candle.
The wick yields to the force, and the candle burns and gives light. That is how it will fulfil the purpose of its existence.
A candle without light has not fulfilled its purpose. It has not done what God has ordained it to do. It is only when a candle is lighted that it can perform the duty that it is made for.
THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS LIKE A LIGHTER AND ONCE IT CONTACTS YOUR SPIRIT MAN, YOU WILL BECOME IGNITED AND AWAKE
The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord. God is light or that fire within man that man must yield to the fire of God that man can fulfil his purpose in life.
The moment Adam committed a sin in the garden of Eden that spirit died. The Bible says,’’ Even in Adam, all died, even so in Christ shall be made alive’’ (Corinthians 15:22).
When two things are made for each other, neither is complete without the other, if the fire, and along the way they cannot find each other, there will be problems.
The candle that the Bible is talking about represents your spirit. A man is a spirit that lives in a body and has a soul.
As far as the candle which is your spirit man is not lighted by the fire of God, you will remain in thick darkness. A man is not complete unless that fire of God in him is In contact and perfect union with the creator.
THE HOLY GHOST BAPTISM
You may be rich, famous and intelligent but may never fulfil your purpose. When you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, it will show your spirit man and it is at that level that you can become what God really wants you to be.
That spirit man in you is the one that searches the inward parts of your belly and if something is wrong, it will detect it.
It is like a torchlight that is beamed inside you to detect what is wrong with your system. Many people are in darkness simply their spirit man is in darkness.
One of the greatest prayer points in the Bible is found in Psalm 18:28 and it is the psalmist that first prayed it. It says ‘’For thou wilt light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.’’
At this juncture, raise your right hand and declare this: ‘’My Father, my Father, my Father, light my candle by fire, in the name of Jesus.’’
Are you confused about what is going on in your life? The simple answer is that the candle that is in you which is your spirit man that should search out what is wrong in your life has not been lighted or the light has gone off or you quenched the light by yourself.
The spirit of God is like a lighter and once it contacts your spirit man, you will become ignited and awake.
It is also a level that you will begin to know the difference between good and bad, and you will also be able to discern what is going on within and around you.
It is a major tragedy for a man or woman to try and get married when the candle inside them is not lighted because if there is darkness inside you,
CONSCIENCE: THE VOICE OF YOUR SPIRIT MAN
Your spirit man has a voice and can talk. That voice is what people called conscience. Therefore the voice of your conscience is that of your spirit man.
When God created man, he breathes in into his nostrils and as such we all have a little portion of it inside us. Everyone knows God from two sources either from God’s

Creation or from man’s conscience, creation is the outside witness while conscience is the inner witness.
Your conscience is a witness to the existence of God.
A person may be living as if there is no God but inside, there is something telling him that there is no God. That is the conscience.
Everyone that ever lived would stand one day without any excuse before God. They might have read or might not have read the Bible, they might have heard or might not have heard the gospel but it won’t count on the day of reckoning.
The people in locations or areas that have not heard about salvation will still be judged by their conscience. We all have a conscience and whether we are able to use it or control it will not count.
THE CONSCIENCE
Conscience is an interesting thing. It is a faculty of the power of the mind by which we distinguish between right and wrong. Conscience is that thing that testifies concerning the standard of God.
Conscience is the independent within you. Your conscience cannot compel obedience but it speaks the language of authority. It agitates and accuses you and you do something wrong.
If you run to a crowded city, it will pursue you there. If you try to sleep, it will prick your mind that you have done something wrong. Sometimes, it will mingle with your dreams, remember only the truth can set you free
Conscience is god’s spy. Anytime you commit sin, you know that somewhere is in the innermost part of your mind.
When you are quiet, a voice will come to you and say, ‘’what you have done is bad.’’ You may shot it off, disobey it, throw it away and refuse to listen but it has already spoken that which it has that has been recorded against you.
Your conscience commends you when you do something good, and condemns you when you do something bad.
Your conscience is the still small that castigates and harasses you when you are doing something wrong.
Your conscience is the inner accuser and voice of your spirit man. When you receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost, the power of God comes into your life to incubate your spirit man.
This is how you hear from God and led by the spirit.
So many people are confused they are not led by anything. The Bible says, ‘’As many as are led by the spirit of God, they are the children of God.’’ The reverse is also true, that as many as are not led by the spirit of God are the children of the devil.
That power, you will hear God begin to talk to you. That becomes the voice of God. However, it is not everybody that can hear audibly from God. It is not everybody that see a vision and it is not everybody that can go into a trance.
Many people would have to learn to listen to the voice of their conscience that is controlled by the Holy Spirit.
FOR YOU TO BE EFFECTIVE IN SPIRITUAL WELFARE, YOU MUST ADDRESS EVERY DARKNESS IN YOUR LIFE.
SEEING EYES AND HEARING EAR.
We need to pray for the eyes of Elisha and the ears of Samuel. The foundation of spiritual failure is blindness. Many people have limited vision, some are spiritually crossed eyes, and some are short-sighted in the spirit.
The lack of spiritual sight is the grandfather of all failures and it leads to lack of knowledge.
God has planted in everyone to make them great. It is also supposed to make them fulfil their purpose in life but many people cannot search it out and because of this, destiny killers move in to kill their talents.
Some have been embalmed and put in a spiritual coffin by wicked powers, therefore, the internal mosses which God planted inside them to deliver them have become stillborn or eaten up by evil birds because the enemy can see while they can’t.
PRAYER:
My Father, light up my candle in the name of Jesus.
Holy Ghost fire, illuminate my inner man in Jesus name
Lion of Judah, give me a bold heart to carry and retain permanent divine revelations in Jesus name.
