WHAT IS HISTORY?
By history, I mean the record of your life.
By history, I mean the account of your life.
By history, I mean your chronicle.
By history, I mean the report of your life.
By report, I mean your destiny diary.
By history, I mean your days, your era, your session or your time.
No wonder the Bible says,’’ My times are in thine hands.’’ You have made past history, right now you are making present history and you will make future history as well. I decree upon your life, you will be a positive history maker, in the name of Jesus.

History requires memory and so, by extension history is actually the memory of things said or done. Any power that has turned your past into a snake to bite your future, I kill them, in the name of Jesus.
Your life is a book. If you are in the choir today, you are writing a book. If you are an usher, a trader, a pastor or a professor today, you are writing a book.
Your life is a book and you write a chapter every day but that which you have written by yourself, whether good or bad, you will eventually read it.
REUBEN
History is who we are and why we are the way we are. There was a man in the Bible called Reuben.
His history was bastardised the day he slept with his father’s wife.
What Reuben did for a few minutes completely destroyed and changed his history negatively. That singular act ruined Reuben forever Genesis 49.
LOT
The man called Lot also had a good history when he was moving with father Abraham. One day, the herdsmen of Lot fought with the herdsmen of Abraham.
Abraham intervened and said, ’’Let there be no strife between us. Pick your grazing land and I will take the other side.’’
Lot chose the fertile land, instead of saying, ‘Daddy, you are the one that brought me up and taught me how to become a cattle rearer, please you chose first and I will take the other side.’’
But Lot chose the greener and fertile little did he know that it would become Sodom and Gomorrah.
Because of the choice that Lot made, he eventually impregnated his two daughters and bastardised his history.
SAUL
Saul started well and became a king on a platter of gold but all of a sudden he became very proud to the

the extent that he took over the function of the priest and God removed him and changed his history.
God had decided that forever in Israel his generation would become kings but because of what he did, his history changed for worse.
The history bastardises worked on Saul and destroyed his destiny.
A single mistake can ruin your entire destiny. A simple mistake of marrying the wrong person can turn your life upside down forever.
Many women would have been alive today if not for the kind of husbands they married.
Many women have turned to old hags because of the men they married and many men too would have made it in life today if not for the kind of women they married.
One day, a woman came to see me. She was ushered into my office and she introduced herself as a senior advocate of Nigeria. She said, ‘’Are you the G.O of my church? Now listen to me, my husband is now coming to your church. He missed his road by coming here.
Tell him to miss his way back to where I want him to be. If not he is finished, no matter what prayer you pray here.’’ And she walked out of the door. After that visit, we never saw the husband again in the church.
The next thing I heard was that the man had a heart attack and died. This happened in the nineties. You could imagine my surprise this year when the woman came back again to see me, and you could see that the enemy had dealt with her thoroughly.
I pray especially for those whose are not married, that may you not marry a deficit, may you not marry a destiny extinguisher, and may you not marry your enemy, in the name of Jesus.
And for those of you who have married already, I pray that any injury you have received, may the blood of Jesus heal you completely, in the name of Jesus.

SAMSON
Samson was a beautiful human being. His birth was prophesied by angels and as such he was not n ordinary man although many people think Samson was a muscular huge person.
No. he was an average normal size man but when the anointing came upon him, he became an extraordinary man.
Eventually, this man who came from a Godly home began to move with ungodly women. He began sleeping with prostitutes and then Delilah.
Delilah’s agenda was very clear and she did not hide it. She demanded to know the secret of Samson’s power that she might destroy him.
Samson heard it but could not run because lust had engulfed him. He was eventually destroyed.
JUDAS
Judas Iscariot was another case. Jesus Christ tried to help him at the last supper. He said, ‘’One of you will betray me this night.’’ Other disciples were asking, ‘’Lord is it I?’’
When Judas asked the same question, Jesus said, ‘’ you have said so.’’ If Judas had immediately fallen on his knees and admitted, ‘’ Lord it is me.
Please forgive me and pray for me that I do not fall into this temptation. ‘’He would have escaped the damnation.
But he left quiet and his story changed for the whole by committing suicide.
ESAU AND JOSEPH
Esau’s bastardiser’s changed his story but a man like Joseph was also tempted but he said, NO! He said, ‘’Yes nobody can see me here, but I will not do it and offend my God.’’
He resisted it and eventually became a prime minister in Egypt. Just as you have people with positive history. There are also people with negative history.
ISAIAH
Isaiah was a Prophet, in a palace yet, he never saw the Lord. He was representing a God he had never met.
There are so many Pastors in the street who are basically native doctors.
You better beware especially if you are one of those jumping from church or mountain.
Instead of studying your Bible to develop yourself spiritually, you are lazing about, looking for trouble.
Paul, the apostle wrote a good history. Peter wrote a good history. Joshua wrote a good history also. But Achan stole and wrote a bad history.
He was not only destroyed, his family and even his animals were destroyed because of him. Gehazi would have been the man with for fold anointing.
Elisha asked for two portions. Gehazi could have had four but greed and covetousness destroyed him. This is what is afflicting many pastors today.
THINGS THAT BASTARDISED HISTORY
Hebrews 7:7-10 says, ‘’And without all contradiction, the less is blessed of the better. And here men that die receive tithes; but there receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.
And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes in Abraham. For he was yet in the loins of his father when Melchisedec met him.’’
Abraham gave birth to Isaac, Isaac, in turn, gave birth to Jacob. Jacob was the father of twelve sons but look at what the Bible is saying, here.
Levi was not born then and it was Abraham that paid the tithe. Levi is the offspring of Abraham. The Bible records that he had paid tithes
THERE ARE CERTAIN PLACES WHERE EVEN THE MOST CLEVER BUSINESS MEN MAKE LITTLE OR NO PROGRESS
That is, he paid it when his father and mother were not even born. He paid while in the loins of Abraham.
THE MAJOR HISTORY BASTARDISERS
Ancestral sin: The first and major history bastardiser is the sin of your ancestors which can affect your present life negatively.
Just as this is applicable positively, Levi born many years after Abraham was said to have paid the tithe which his grandfather paid to Melchisedec, the priest of God because he was in Abrahams loins.
Abraham was the great-grandfather of Levi who paid the tithe but God said, Levi, has paid the tithe.
On the other hand, those whose forefathers or ancestors paid tithe to the devil by implication are bound by the tithe negatively.
You were also in the loins of your great grandfathers when the tithe was paid.
Spiritually, there is a legal backing for all the battles you are facing from the devil. You have because of your ancestral wicked deeds and so, you cannot afford to pray “ice – cream” prayers.
Thank God there is a higher court in heaven, where both lawful and unlawful captives are set free.
Place of Birth: The second history bastardiser is the environment or one’s place of birth Jeremiah 16:14 says,‘’
The word of the Lord came also unto me saying, Thou shalt not take thee a wife, neither shalt thou has sons or daughters in this place.
For that saith the Lord concerning the sons and concerning the daughters that are born in this place, and concerning their Mothers that bore them, and concerning their mothers that bore them, and concerning theirs father that begat them in this land; they shall die of grievous deaths, they shall not be lamented, neither shall they be buried but they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth; and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine and their carcases shall be meat for the fowls of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.’’
Jeremiah wanted a wife. Surely his eyes must have caught a lovely lady in that land that he could have taken for a wife.
To the prophet, everything about the lady was perfect but God intervened and stopped him.
Jeremiah wanted God to explain to him why he could not have the woman as his wife.
God answered and told Jeremiah that nothing was wrong with her but a lot was wrong with her ancestors and her place of birth.
There as a curse upon the land and also upon that generation because of the idolatry of their father’s house.
It was because of their abominations that God warned Jeremiah about the land and its inhabitants.
God said,’’If you marry and give birth in this place, the same curse will contaminate and destroy them.
The issue of cursed places may be further sustained by curses on families villages, towns, properties etc. where people often have peculiar problems.
If you are a good traveller, as you move from village to village and town to town, you will begin to see the differences.
There are towns or villages where you cannot sight a single story building. All that you see are detached woods houses. Something is wrong with that environment.
Sometimes, most men in some places, after their third or fourth child will die, or become impotent.
You also find married women in some places being unfaithful to their husbands.
Sometimes too, you find business crashing suddenly. There are certain places where even the most clever businessmen make a little or no progress.
There are some parts of Lagos that you have to pray very hard for your business to make progress.
Even, there are the areas that some churches are findings it hard to flourish. The problem there is not the human beings but the land.
GUARDIAN POWERS
If you are a very good reader of the Bible you would have come across Daniel 10 where for the first time you see that every geographical location has its own princes and strongman controlling it from the atmosphere.
People in such places are under the control of the guardian owners such as the one that Daniel encountered.
This power was strong enough to hinder the prayers of Daniel.
Depending on the devil that rules a territory, people behave accordingly.
For example, in Nigeria, the riverine people who have been dominated by marine spirits are generally known to have problems of drunkness, unstable marriages and fornication.
The easterners are known to be money mongers because of the spirit of mammon.
In the western part of Nigeria, a man may be smiling at you but behind you, he has killed you already, and they also love partying.
The bottom line is that you should strive to protect your salvation and destiny against history bastardisers so that you do not fall victim to these powers.
PRAYER POINTS
1.Any Platform of darkness planted by my ancestors release me by fire, in the name of Jesus.
2: Stubborn power in my foundation that is bent on bastardising my history I bury you alive, in the name of Jesus.
3: Any power that has turned my past into a snake to bite my future, I kill you, in the name of Jesus.
4: O God, arise and kill every history bastardiser assigned against my life, in the name of Jesus.
